Quality Assurance Specialist - IVR Testing (IVR)

What you will do

• Perform IVR and contact-center application testing across customer call journeys, prompts, routing, and language accuracy.
• Plan, execute, and summarize reliability and validation test cases.
• Write and execute software test plans and cases.
• Conduct code inspections, walkthroughs, design reviews, and test-readiness reviews.
• Review software and project documentation for completeness and standards compliance.
• Investigate issues, report progress, and collaborate with developers on test results and resolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with IVR testing, software quality assurance, application testing, and test case development.
• Knowledge of API testing and validation using Postman.
• Basic mainframe knowledge for transaction setup and command execution.
• Ability to write SQL queries and retrieve database data.
• Understanding of JSON structures for data analysis and API response validation.
