Salary: $64,000–$128,000

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer advocate to gather and refine project requirements.
• Oversee the Test Team, providing direction and distributing testing resources.
• Develop acceptance criteria and lead test automation efforts.
• Perform software testing in an Agile environment, including accessibility and 508 compliance testing.
• Deliver application demonstrations and training sessions.
• Develop supporting documentation, including user guides and training videos.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Sterling, VA.
• Demonstrated experience in software testing within an Agile environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and developing acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience with accessibility and 508 compliance testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of biographics and biometrics identity tools.
• Familiarity with Solr queries and Hbase technology.
• Experience with automated test tools.
• Prior leadership experience.
