SDET Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Advance functional and automated testing practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop scalable test frameworks and automation solutions to improve code quality, coverage, and platform reliability.
• Own continuous testing strategies using quality insights, risk analysis, and performance data.
• Introduce testing tools, frameworks, and best practices that improve automation effectiveness.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to validate complex requirements early.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software testing and automation.
• Experience with functional testing, test automation, coding, data validation, and solution development.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or another technical discipline; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, and Behavior Driven Development.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, test suites, and quality processes.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing automated testing strategies across multiple platforms, environments, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of API, performance, security testing, or service virtualization.
• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
