Onsite Client Training Consultant (Auto/Mate DMS)

Location: Virtual US; travel required approximately 75% of the time

What you will do

• Deliver onsite and remote consultation and training during new Auto/Mate Enterprise Software installations.
• Advise dealership management on system setup, software usage, business processes, industry practices, and relevant laws.
• Gather operational data with dealership management to support decision-making and reporting.
• Help customers create custom reports and dashboards for their specific reporting needs.
• Monitor installation-week progress and ensure completion of the onsite training plan.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dealership Fixed Operations experience, including Parts department management.
• Strong experience delivering training and presentations in group and one-to-one settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone communication.
• Ability to travel onsite approximately 75% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• 2–5 years of onsite implementation experience.
• Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
