Strategic Consultant

TL;DR

Strategic Consultant (SaaS): Lead and own new customer system setup and implementation work for North American customers, with an accent on workflow optimization and end-to-end delivery. Focus on designing and executing user acceptance testing, driving user adoption through training, and reporting implementation progress and escalations.

Location: Remote (NOAM)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and own the new customer system setup process to ensure a strong implementation experience.
• Work alongside Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services to deliver project outcomes.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout the implementation.
• Guide customers on product usage and adoption; train users on onboarding self-service configurations.
• Provide regular progress reporting on project status, capacity, escalations, and related initiatives.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience managing SaaS client implementations.
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience in the staffing industry with recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge of hirify.global’s suite of products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
