What you will do

• Lead the development, mentoring, and performance of Local Study Operations Managers.
• Oversee country study portfolios from feasibility through study close-out, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
• Manage LSOM and clinical research vendor performance and act as the escalation point for local study challenges.
• Coordinate collaboration between study strategy, local study, country, and cross-functional teams.
• Allocate resources and workloads across FSP and FTE personnel in line with global priorities.
• Drive operational efficiency, digital innovation, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of clinical execution experience; or master's degree and 6 years; or bachelor's degree and 8 years; or associate's degree and 10 years; or high school diploma/GED and 12 years.
• At least 2 years of direct people management or leadership experience involving teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including clinical research and clinical trials.
• Experience managing multiple teams or direct reports across clinical functions or trials.
• Experience overseeing clinical research vendors such as CROs, central laboratories, or imaging vendors.
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements for global clinical trials and country-level clinical operations.
