What you will do

• Define and execute clinical operations strategy aligned with overall clinical development plans.
• Provide executive oversight of all clinical trial activities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead vendor and CRO strategy, including selection, contracting, and performance oversight.
• Drive risk-based study management and ensure continuous inspection readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Biostatistics, and Data Management.
• Build and develop a high-performing clinical operations organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years of hands-on managerial experience running clinical trials.
• Solid working knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% when necessary.
