Clinical Trial Manager (Implantable Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global's headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $117,000–$157,000 base compensation annually

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day execution of clinical trials by tracking study activities, timelines, follow-up actions, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with study sites, CROs, external vendors, and internal stakeholders in Safety, Regulatory, and Quality.
• Monitor trial progress and identify, escalate, and resolve operational risks and issues affecting timelines or data quality.
• Support vendor oversight and site management by reviewing performance and coordinating corrective follow-up.
• Manage complex study execution issues involving multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in clinical research or clinical operations.
• Experience supporting studies of Class III implantable medical devices in a sponsor, CRO, or clinical study site setting.
• Experience with vendor and site management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational risks and issues, with knowledge of regulatory, safety, and quality protocols.
