What you will do

• Design and implement knowledge management processes and tools aligned with business goals.
• Organize and maintain templates, playbooks, case studies, lessons learned, and other knowledge assets.
• Manage knowledge management platforms and keep content current, accessible, and relevant.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to maintain content quality and drive knowledge sharing.
• Monitor usage and improve the effectiveness of knowledge management tools and processes.
• Deliver training and support the adoption of knowledge management best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in knowledge management, information management, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with content and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and independent approach.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in change management.
• Knowledge of Finance & Accounting or Business Services.
