Capital Partners - Change Management Business Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Support the initiation, organization, oversight, and successful implementation of small, medium, and large change management projects.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, auditable files, change requests, and SDLC records.
• Collect and analyze data, identify project issues, and document solutions with project and technology teams.
• Draft requirements, test scenarios, user acceptance test plans, and execute testing as needed.
• Communicate defects to systems developers, track fixes, and escalate project management issues.
• Plan and lead meetings with business users, sponsors, systems groups, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in testing and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
• Ability to work with U.S.-based projects and stakeholders during working hours between 9:00 and 18:00 with a lunch break.
