TMO Business Analysis Manager (Change Management)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business analysis by translating business needs into requirements, solution designs, and business cases.
• Own requirements and solution design integrity, including change requests, impact analysis, risk analysis, and cross-system alignment.
• Support and validate testing activities to ensure alignment with requirements, specifications, and project scope.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a small team of business analysts while estimating resource needs across the project portfolio.
• Align solutions with business strategy, manage scope and change, and collaborate with sponsors, senior stakeholders, external clients, and vendors.
• Plan project tasks, manage resources, present to steering committees and senior management, and support project business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant business analysis or related experience, including leadership of complex initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of the supported product or discipline and associated systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and industry standards.
