What you will do

• Analyse and model business processes, capabilities, value streams, roles, data, and organisational structures.
• Elicit, document, analyse, and manage business requirements, user stories, and stakeholder needs throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Translate business and technical needs into requirements specifications and support business experts, product owners, and development teams.
• Evaluate solution options, feasibility, business cases, system designs, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, validate, and optimise processes using BPMN; perform cost-benefit, what-if, and performance analysis.
• Support testing, quality assurance, deployment, change management, transition planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, including 5 years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent at Level 6.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• At least two internationally recognised certifications, including CBAP, OCUP Foundation Level, BPM 2 Fundamental Level, or equivalent.
• Experience with complete software solution lifecycles, BPMN, UML modelling, business requirements, user stories, and tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect.
• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst on a large system with development teams of more than 10 developers, plus experience with enterprise systems, integrations, SQL, and data analysis.
