Senior People Technology Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors): Ensuring the integrity and scalability of global HR processes within the Nexus system with an accent on functional design, data governance, and cross-functional integration. Focus on translating complex HR policies and labor-law requirements into sustainable system solutions while maintaining GDPR compliance and data quality across the employee lifecycle.
Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Onsite)

What you will do
- Act as a functional HR subject-matter expert for the Nexus (SAP SuccessFactors) platform.
- Design and define global People processes, balancing international standards with local requirements.
- Lead functional analysis and produce high-quality documentation including FRDs, process maps, and SOPs.
- Own and protect the global People data model, ensuring data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure accurate system integrations and downstream reliability.
- Define functional reporting and People KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or People Technology.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR systems.
- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Experience working in global, multi-country environments.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in complex environments.
