Tax Product Support Analyst (Tax Applications)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office, or 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain tax-focused business applications, connected systems, data sources, and platforms.
• Gather business requirements from management and subject matter experts and lead solution design initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, systems and business partners, application vendors, and clients throughout change initiatives.
• Plan and facilitate business testing, including user acceptance and regression testing.
• Manage multiple initiatives against timelines and budgets while ensuring quality.
• Develop and update procedures and deliver training to internal and external clients.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of US and global tax administrative, procedural, and regulatory environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear communication with internal and external clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, client-driven environment with daily deadlines.
