Skills, Talent & Workforce Transformation Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Katowice, Opole, Lublin, Gdańsk, Warszawa, Wrocław, Poznań, or Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and design discussions.
• Assess HR and workforce operating-model maturity, identify gaps, and shape transformation opportunities.
• Design target operating models, service models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support learning transformation across strategy, operations, employee experience, technology, and AI-enabled learning.
• Develop talent and skills-based workforce solutions, including career frameworks, succession, mobility, skills taxonomies, and capability mapping.
• Translate recommendations into HR technology and delivery solutions while supporting proposals, RFPs, client orals, and practice development.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, workforce, learning, or talent transformation consulting.
• Strong understanding of learning and talent development, HR operating models, process design, governance, and documentation.
• Ability to connect business needs, processes, skills, and technology.
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and delivering work directly to clients.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in global, multicultural, and matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Understanding of performance management and goal or performance cycles.
• Exposure to Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, Degreed, or similar platforms.
