Focus on leading discovery workshops, designing transformation roadmaps, applying Generative AI to improve engineering productivity, and aligning business goals with technical execution.

What you will do
- Bridge communication between the Global DevOps Practice and regional organizations across distributed teams.
- Translate enterprise business objectives into DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, and AI transformation strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops, assessments, consulting engagements, executive briefings, and advisory initiatives.
- Define value propositions and recommendations focused on measurable business outcomes and customer value.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical teams on customer-centric solutions.
- Advise customers on engineering productivity, software delivery performance, operational excellence, and organizational maturity.
Requirements
- Experience translating business challenges into technology transformation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, storytelling, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in multicultural and globally distributed organizations, including cross-cultural communication and influencing without formal authority.
- Experience supporting pre-sales, customer workshops, executive briefings, and strategic consulting engagements.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
- Proficiency in speaking Spanish and English, plus practical experience applying Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and organizational effectiveness.
