What you will do

• Translate enterprise business objectives into DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, and AI transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops, assessments, consulting engagements, executive briefings, and advisory initiatives.
• Develop value propositions, transformation roadmaps, strategic recommendations, and customer presentations.
• Advise customers on engineering productivity, software delivery performance, operational excellence, and organizational maturity.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery and engineering managers, and technical teams to design and support customer-centric solutions.
• Grow consulting visibility through thought leadership, community development, conferences, and enablement activities.

Requirements

• Experience translating business challenges into technology transformation strategies and measurable customer outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, facilitation, storytelling, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in multicultural, globally distributed organizations and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Experience with pre-sales, customer workshops, executive briefings, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English required. Practical experience applying Generative AI tools is also required.
