What you will do

• Support the development and evolution of the AI strategy and operating model.
• Coordinate AI programs and initiatives across business and technology areas.
• Manage activities related to strategic AI vendors, partnership agreements, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Analyze the AI market and evaluate emerging solutions against internal capabilities and business needs.
• Assess AI-powered tools for software engineering and technology teams, including ROI frameworks and success metrics.
• Organize AI workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technology meetups while tracking follow-up actions.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure complex topics, turn them into actionable recommendations, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, vendor management, program management, or innovation.
• Familiarity with generative AI solutions, AI platforms, and developer productivity tools.
• Knowledge of software licensing, governance, or technology procurement.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working in cross-functional environments.
