Operations Specialist

Location: Remote or onsite in Poland or Ukraine

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Merch Shop operations and process physical and digital product orders accurately and on time.
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment with logistics, warehouse, production, and other stakeholders.
• Support internal users, resolve requests, investigate operational incidents, and escalate complex issues.
• Monitor service quality, SLA compliance, operational balances, and key metrics.
• Support merchandise and digital goods launches by ensuring operational readiness.
• Improve operational workflows, documentation, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, service operations, e-commerce operations, merchandising operations, or a related field.
• Experience processing orders, coordinating workflows, supporting commerce platforms, and resolving user requests.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple processes, investigating issues, and coordinating resolution across teams.
• English proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, or Merch Shop operations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, or Excel.
• Experience testing new functionality and improving operational processes and documentation.
