Network Planner, EMEA (Supply Chain Planning): Evaluating material and resource availability, balancing supply and demand, and coordinating inventory and production plans with an accent on transfer orders, scenario planning, and cross-functional supply chain execution. Focus on managing inventory targets, resolving supply risks, supporting S&OP and financial forecasting, and driving continuous improvement across a geographically diverse organization.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site
Salary: Minimum 136,000 PLN gross annually, with potential for a higher initial salary based on skills, expertise, and experience.

What you will do
- Formulate and communicate short- to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply and demand.
- Align transfer orders with demand and release them to ERP or local shipping systems for execution.
- Review transfer order exceptions and adjust, cancel, decrease, or postpone orders as needed.
- Coordinate with plant schedulers, demand planners, warehousing and distribution, market planners, commercial teams, and manufacturing to resolve supply risks.
- Lead OPLAN reviews and support regional and global S&OP input.
- Monitor supply chain performance, manage inventory targets, approve planning parameters, and contribute to financial forecasting and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain management, including warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain is preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to determine when deeper analysis is needed.
- Experience collaborating, influencing, communicating, and negotiating in geographically diverse, matrix organizations.
- Understanding of procurement planning, reorder points, lead times, safety stock, inventory control, demand planning, and S&OP.
- Basic project management, lean, continuous improvement, and supply chain financial impact knowledge.
