TL;DR
Demand Planner (Supply Chain Forecasting): Supporting statistical demand forecasting and inventory planning for a designated product portfolio with an accent on forecast accuracy, demand drivers, and consensus planning. Focus on developing forecast models, reconciling commercial and supply-chain variances, and incorporating product launches and supply constraints.

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid working model with 3 days on site

Salary: Minimum 136,000 PLN annually, with potential for a higher initial salary based on skills, expertise, and experience; competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentives may also apply.

What you will do

  • Manage analytics and forecasting for a designated product portfolio across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons.
  • Review historical sales trends, demand drivers, forecast data, and statistical model results to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with commercial, sales, marketing, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to develop consensus forecasts.
  • Reflect new product launches, portfolio changes, sales and marketing assumptions, and supply constraints in forecasts.
  • Provide volume input for inventory strategies covering existing products, launches, and phase-outs.
  • Recommend process improvements and operational efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of demand planning experience and 3+ years of supply chain planning experience.
  • Knowledge of demand planning processes, techniques, methodologies, and related software.
  • Advanced mathematical and statistical skills, including forecasting methods and their financial and operational impact.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across commercial, sales, marketing, product development, finance, and manufacturing.
  • University degree required.
  • Proficient English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RapidResponse and Tableau.
  • APICS certification and knowledge of demand planning software.
