UX Designer (AI)

hirify.global is building a proactive AI assistant for everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows.

What you will do

• Own UX for the core app across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design complete AI-assisted user flows from intent capture through task completion, including handoff, progress tracking, confirmation, and error recovery.
• Design interfaces that communicate AI actions, decisions, progress, and required user input.
• Map user experiences for AI states including loading, thinking, acting, waiting, completing, stalling, failing, and recovering.
• Work with product, engineering, and ML teams to define requirements and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma designs.
• Conduct usability research and contribute to the design system and shared UX patterns.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping skills in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Understanding of user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design decisions.
• Good judgment around usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery flows.

Nice to have

• Experience balancing simple consumer interactions with complex multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience working in fast-moving teams with evolving product scope.
