Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.
• Experiment with AI design tools such as Lovable and v0.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Design scalable, usable, and visually refined software experiences for enterprise and government environments.
• Establish and evolve design systems and guidelines across products.
• Use user insights and data to iterate and improve product experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software.
• Experience designing workflow-oriented products that improve user productivity.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as Rive or Framer.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile, multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive software solutions.
