Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with customers, Product Managers, engineers, data specialists, and subject matter experts to shape product vision and design strategy.
• Research user needs and translate complex financial workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Design interfaces for AI-generated insights, complex datasets, transaction intelligence, document management, and financial analysis.
• Translate model outputs into trustworthy interfaces with source attribution, confidence indicators, transparency, and user control.
• Own design end-to-end, from flows and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity UI across complex edge cases.
• Contribute to the design system and improve feedback and evaluation workflows for AI-powered products.

Requirements

• Experience designing for sophisticated users or high-stakes domains such as fintech, enterprise SaaS, data platforms, or professional tools.
• Systems-thinking approach focused on workflows, behaviours, trust, edge cases, and error states.
• Experience using generative AI in research, prototyping, or idea evaluation.
• Strong prototyping skills and fluency in Figma.
• Experience contributing to a design system and selecting appropriate design fidelity.
• Strong communication skills, including discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
