Founding Product Designer (AI)

hirify.global is a Series A company building an AI-driven consumer platform for creating, remixing, sharing, and playing interactive mini-app content.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design across key mobile and web product surfaces.
• Drive UX for major product flows and make clear product experience decisions.
• Improve the product’s quality, clarity, and visual polish.
• Define and evolve the product DNA, visual language, interaction patterns, and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and engineering to shape and ship new experiences.
• Use modern AI and design tools to explore, prototype, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally with consumer or mobile-first products.
• Strong UX judgment, product sense, visual design skills, and product taste.
• Ability to design from scratch and structure ambiguous problems.
• Strong systems thinking and experience building reusable patterns or design systems.
• High ownership, comfort in a fast-moving startup, and close collaboration with engineers.
• Mandarin Chinese is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer social, creator, gaming, or AI products.
• Frontend or engineering experience, including the ability to prototype in code or implement light frontend work.
• Experience as an early or founding designer at a startup.
