Project Manager Supply Chain (WMS)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work required two days per week in Lisbon. Occasional travel to other locations within Portugal may be required.

What you will do

• Manage warehouse management system (WMS) projects and related initiatives.
• Query and analyze data with SQL to identify WMS insights and improve logistics efficiency.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Monitor WMS performance, identify operational gaps, and implement targeted improvements.
• Participate in testing and validation of new WMS functionality before go-live.
• Drive projects independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience with SQL and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to define business requirements and functional specifications.
• English at B2 level and Portuguese at B2 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule with two days per week in Lisbon.
