Senior Process Architect (Supply Chain): Designing and improving end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, and Deliver with an accent on scalable standards, governance, data quality, and ERP transformation. Focus on translating process requirements into system capabilities, eliminating root causes across process, data, and behavior, and leading complex cross-functional improvement initiatives.

What you will do
- Design end-to-end supply chain processes across Plan, Source, Deliver, and key interfaces.
- Define scalable standards, SOPs, decision rights, escalation paths, risk controls, and KPIs.
- Prioritize process improvements using ROI, operational impact, risk, and business objectives.
- Facilitate alignment, problem solving, knowledge sharing, and decisions across complex stakeholder groups.
- Lead process initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, adoption metrics, corrective actions, and implementation outcomes.
- Partner with Business Systems to translate process intent into data requirements, business rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain process design, operations excellence, operating models, transformation, or related roles.
- Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Experience developing operating mechanisms, governance, controls, measures, and adoption routines across teams or regions.
- Strong systems thinking, facilitation, stakeholder influence, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with enterprise platforms, preferably Oracle, and translating processes into system requirements and acceptance criteria.
- High data fluency, including master data, transaction flows, KPI definition, data-quality controls, analytics, automation, and AI tools.
Nice to have
- Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in high-growth or large-scale transformation environments involving ERP or operating model change.
- Formal change management experience.
- Management experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or Product Management.
- Other European languages.
