Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

Location: Ft. Worth Crescent, Texas, United States; in-office position

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while deepening share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide client insights and tailored solutions to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, community, and industry networks and present the full range of banking products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, and financial analysis.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities, make decisions, communicate effectively, and manage client relationships.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
