What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and sales processes.
• Recommend and refer customers to deposit, loan, investment, consumer lending, and business banking products and services.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, policies, and regulatory procedures.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a relevant military administration or contracting role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
