Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

What you will do

• Manage commercial client relationships and serve as a trusted banking advisor to executive-level contacts.
• Prospect, attract, and secure new commercial and industrial banking relationships.
• Drive growth in loans, deposits, core fee income, revenue, and portfolio quality.
• Develop client strategies, conduct business reviews, and identify customized credit and non-credit solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal experts to respond to client needs.
• Build referral networks, maintain an active prospect pipeline, and participate in community organizations for business development.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant commercial banking experience or a proven track record of exceeding performance in commercial business development.
• Knowledge of commercial, industrial, economic, and financial conditions relevant to business development and portfolio management.
• Ability to comply with banking regulations, policies, procedures, and required training.
• Frequent travel is required.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the posted Nampa, Idaho location.
