What you will do

• Develop processes, tools, reports, and data analytics supporting supply chain strategic initiatives.
• Analyze operational scenarios, business needs, process gaps, and the impact of proposed solutions.
• Contribute to the design, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation of supply chain models.
• Manage medium- to high-complexity projects involving technologies, facilities, processes, materials, and handling systems.
• Create project plans, schedules, risk assessments, status updates, and project management tools.
• Coordinate stakeholders, support training, and help deliver processes, systems, metrics, and services on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, business, operations management, or a related field, or relevant business or technical experience.
• Experience with supply chain systems, transportation procurement, freight term changes, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Cognos, and/or Teradata.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues with senior management.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience developing or maintaining engineered labor standards.
• Experience analyzing freight networks and transportation models.
• Education in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, management information systems, or data science.
