What you will do

• Oversee portfolio operations including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, and lease administration.
• Provide a single point of contact for the ownership group and ensure operational consistency across properties.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of leasing, maintenance, and management staff to minimize turnover.
• Drive revenue through competitive market analysis and the development of creative marketing programs.
• Ensure superior customer service to residents to increase renewals, revenue, and reputation.
• Manage community budgets, finances, and maintain positive relations with vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Property Management and Management roles.
• Valid Real Estate License as per state law.
• Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple property sites on a regular basis.
