Leasing Associate (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States; in-office Monday through Friday at 12130 Millennium Drive

Salary: $52,000–$60,000 annual base pay, plus variable incentive compensation with on-target earnings of $86,840–$100,200

What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for new and renewal deals involving 1–9 desk offices.
• Own the sales pipeline, quarterly quota, tour bookings, and lease-expiration communications.
• Sell new desks, renew members, upgrade growing accounts, and convert month-to-month members to committed terms.
• Partner with Community and Leasing Managers to deliver a seamless sales process.
• Structure deals to optimize sales outcomes and support revenue and occupancy growth.
• Develop knowledge of the local sub-market, assets, product, stakeholders, and the 1–9 desk member segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Commercial real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Self-motivated, resilient, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in the Los Angeles office Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Commercial real estate sales experience.
