Sr Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack enterprise systems using TypeScript, React, Go, and Python.
• Develop agentic and AI capabilities, including AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered features with AWS Bedrock, Claude, and OpenAI.
• Drive adoption of internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform modules, and infrastructure-as-code standards.
• Own production readiness through observability, reliability, security, performance optimization, and technical design governance.
• Integrate enterprise REST APIs and partner with platform and product teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pairing, technical guidance, live sessions, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems at scale.
• Expert proficiency in TypeScript and React, strong Go experience, and 5+ years of production Python using async frameworks such as FastAPI or Starlette.
• Deep knowledge of system design, API architecture, security, performance optimization, AWS IAM, Secrets Manager, ECR, and VPC networking.
• Experience with MCP, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, AI agents, LLM applications, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, on-behalf-of flows, and JWT validation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, legal, compliance, procurement, Workday, Salesforce, Backstage templates, and GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD systems.
