What you will do
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks and Python, Go, or Node.js backend services.
- Design APIs and data pipelines for AI agent deployment and large-scale data processing workflows.
- Develop core AI agent framework capabilities, including tool integration, memory systems, and planning and orchestration modules.
- Build evaluation methodologies and tooling to test, benchmark, and monitor agent performance, reliability, and safety in production.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure for availability, cost efficiency, and scalability.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining full-stack software infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent frameworks, orchestration systems, or complex LLM-powered applications such as RAG pipelines or multi-agent systems.
- Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure management, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing, scaling, and optimizing enterprise-grade ML or data-intensive systems.
Nice to have
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-throughput AI infrastructure.
- Expertise in React, Vue, Angular, or related state management libraries.
- Experience developing AI agent evaluation frameworks using LangSmith, Arize, or custom evaluation metrics.
- Experience building production LLM applications with autonomous agents, conversational AI, or intelligent automation workflows.
