Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (React)

Salary: $154,000–$230,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and trade studies through design, implementation, and iteration.
• Build applications for purchasing and manufacturing planning and scheduling.
• Develop tools for accessing and analyzing engine and component test data.
• Deliver enterprise-wide applications and software used by engineers and operators.
• Work directly with users and stakeholder teams to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Use agile development practices with continuous integration and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience building, shipping, and iterating on multiple applications and services.
• Experience designing software in collaboration with non-software stakeholders.
• Expertise with front-end frameworks, particularly React.
• Ability to learn and work with new languages and tools.
• Passion for mentoring and developing other engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and scaling service architectures for high-performance front-end operations.
• Systems-level programming experience, including synchronization primitives and memory management.
• Experience developing low-latency, safety-critical frontends.
• Experience shipping and debugging software across large codebases, platforms, and tools.
