Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, IT Products (AI)

Location: Miami, with on-site work required at the Coral Gables office Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Architect and implement reliable, scalable backend services for the device management platform.
• Build asynchronous service communication, configuration distribution, and telemetry pipelines with Kafka.
• Optimize high-performance queries for relational databases and device inventory systems.
• Partner with infrastructure engineers on CI/CD pipelines, agent distribution networks, and service deployment patterns.
• Design resilient systems capable of supporting large-scale device fleet growth and failure recovery.
• Lead technical development through code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Strong professional proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with production experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Experience with React or frontend architecture for administrative consoles.
• Strict requirement: experience with event-driven architectures and Kafka.
• Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture, microservices, high-concurrency connections, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with E2E testing using Playwright or Selenium, observability tools such as DataDog, and peer code reviews.
