Sr Software Engineer, Full Stack (Factory Platform)

Salary: $154,000–$230,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and trade studies through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Develop applications for planning and scheduling purchasing and manufacturing operations.
• Build tools for accessing and analyzing engine and component test data.
• Collaborate with design, materials, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow agile development practices and maintain continuously integrated and deployed software.
• Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 7+ years of experience building, shipping, and iterating on multiple applications and services.
• Experience designing solutions in collaboration with non-software stakeholders.
• Expertise with React and related frontend tools.
• Proficiency in software development languages and tools, with the ability to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and scaling service architectures for high-performance frontend operations.
• Systems-level programming experience, including synchronization primitives and memory management.
• Experience developing, debugging, and shipping low-latency, safety-critical frontend software.
• Experience working with large codebases spanning multiple platforms and tools.
