What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and support field technicians to ensure high-quality installation and service.
• Review and QC field technician audits to ensure energy modeling requirements are met.
• Recruit and train BPI-certified Energy Auditors to build a skilled team.
• Manage verification processes across programs, including assignment selection and documentation.
• Conduct onsite inspections and create detailed reports to address identified issues.
• Implement energy audit protocols and QA/QC requirements to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must reside in a metropolitan area of Ohio.
• 2+ years experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, HVAC, or facility maintenance.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• BPI Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of acceptance).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and access to a personal vehicle for 25-75% travel.
