Junior Case Manager (Workers Compensation)

What you will do

• Assist with reviewing and evaluating workers’ compensation medical expense-only claims to determine eligibility and appropriate benefits.
• Coordinate communication between injured workers, medical providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate case files containing medical records, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Enter and update claim information in the case management system and generate reports.
• Follow up on open claims, resolve issues, and support timely claim closure.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior Case Manager and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Higher school certificate or above.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and work independently or collaboratively.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in workers’ compensation, insurance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
