What you will do

• Own and manage a caseload of claims to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle professional interactions with clients and direct customers using Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Manage third-party suppliers to drive cases to settlement while balancing cost and time.
• Ensure all work adheres to internal processes, guidelines, and data security protocols.
• Follow corporate governance and authority limits for claim settlements.
• Participate in continuous professional development through PDRs and learning courses.

• Relevant professional experience in claims management.
