Senior Consultant - Facilities & Construction

Location: Virtual Office

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze facilities, construction, maintenance, and medical equipment categories and align opportunities with supplier contracts.
• Lead consulting engagements from project initiation through completion and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Manage RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and pricing benchmarks.
• Coordinate client supply chain teams, facilities leaders, construction stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Review purchasing, contracting, operational processes, architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Create project work plans, track and validate savings, provide status updates, and support strategic performance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in facilities, construction, estimating, hospitality, capital medical equipment, sales, account management, or related fields.
• Ability to create effective presentations, communicate consulting recommendations, facilitate client discussions, and guide decisions in complex environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Proficiency in AI technology, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with regular travel required to meet client needs.
