Principal Business Consultant, Buildings & Data / AI Strategy and Readiness (AI)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA). Ability to travel 50% of the time, including international travel.

Salary: $100,000 – $179,080

What you will do

• Define innovative building design, engineering, and management strategies for hirify.global's largest customers.
• Create Customer Success Plans and lead project delivery to maximize customer value from hirify.global investments.
• Lead facilitated workshops to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on strategic paths.
• Shape hirify.global Consulting service offerings and provide feedback to influence product development.
• Drive transformational change within client organizations using proven change management methodologies.
• Mentor junior staff in strategic thinking, workshop facilitation, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry, focusing on digital design and management solutions.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven excellence in strategic thinking, program management, change management, and business process optimization.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and structured project management.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Generative Design, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Advanced experience with hirify.global products (Revit, hirify.global Construction Cloud / BIM 360, Navisworks, Civil3D).
• Knowledge of BIM for industrial uses and facility ownership/management.
• Experience developing and sustaining a digital design and delivery solution portfolio.
