Senior Project Manager - Construction

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States; projects support the St. Louis metropolitan area. On-site requirements may change based on client needs.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact and trusted owner's representative throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvements.
• Plan and manage scope, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, forecasts, risks, and project execution through closeout.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Report project status, risks, milestones, recommendations, and business cases to client leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance, change management, quality standards, strategic capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting environments.
• Experience managing large and complex capital improvement, workplace, renovation, infrastructure, or facility projects and programs.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, consultant management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, client management, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification.
