Senior Project Manager - Orlando, FL (Construction)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Florida, USA; driving and travel between construction project sites is required, with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial construction projects and contracts from planning through close-out.
• Coordinate project scopes, work packages, drawings, specifications, proposals, meetings, quality control, and site safety.
• Prepare and review detailed fixed-price estimates, quantity take-offs, and line-item pricing using unit price books.
• Coordinate subcontractor buyout, negotiations, agreements, submittals, proposals, and cost compliance.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, RFI and submittal logs, cost information, and status reporting.
• Support client relationships, proposal reviews, business development, and customer retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Extensive experience managing multiple projects, personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, estimating, negotiation, project scheduling, and contract requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, flexibility, integrity, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, and Bluebeam; a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is highly desired.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment verification is conducted through E-Verify.
