Construction Project Manager

Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States; projects support the St. Louis metropolitan area. On-site requirements may change based on client needs.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple capital projects, including renovations, workplace, infrastructure, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Lead scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement strategies, and project reporting.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quality, risks, forecasts, deliverables, contracts, and change control.
• Support construction, occupancy, turnover, closeout, governance, quality standards, and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate, construction, owner’s representation, corporate occupier, or consulting environments.
• Experience managing capital improvement, workplace, renovation, or facility-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and consultant management.
• Excellent client-facing communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Procore, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• PMP, CCM, or a similar certification.
