What you will do

• Manage the quality management system and ensure compliance through internal audits, external ISO certification audits, and sourcing audits.
• Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for partially finished and finished products and equipment.
• Design and implement product and equipment testing and inspection methods.
• Identify systemic quality issues and drive continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.
• Lead enterprise-wide change management across regional business units and global factories to reduce quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Resolve quality and reliability concerns with customers, vendors, engineers, functional managers, and other departments; coach and train organizations on quality processes.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in quality management and broad knowledge of related functional disciplines.
• Experience anticipating business and regulatory issues and recommending product, process, or service improvements.
• Ability to lead projects with significant risk and complexity and develop execution strategies.
• Ability to solve unique, complex problems with broad business impact using conceptual and innovative thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
