What you will do

• Act as the focal point for all quality-related customer communications and complaints.
• Establish and deploy global customer quality standards and ensure internal alignment.
• Facilitate Product Change Management (PCN) to meet customer requirements.
• Organize and facilitate customer audits to demonstrate QMS compliance (ISO, IATF, VDA).
• Lead the development and execution of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
• Present quality performance summaries at internal management reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical).
• 10+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing principles and processes.
• Understanding of quality management systems (ISO9000, IATF16949, VDA, ISO13485).
• Proficiency in 8D problem solving, requirements management, and change management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Failure analysis or reliability experience.
