What you will do

• Act as the primary customer-facing contact to manage quality and reliability requirements.
• Lead executive reviews and cross-functional teams to achieve top-tier supplier quality rankings.
• Assess reliability risks and execute qualification plans for IC or Optics product lines.
• Lead 8D problem-solving activities to improve response time (TAT) for customers.
• Manage Product Change Notices (PCNs) and ensure customer requirements are reflected in the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience (or Master’s/PhD with 2+ years).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
• 2+ years of experience within the Semiconductor or Optics industry.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing technical engineering role focused on Quality.
• English: C1 proficiency in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of wafer processes, assembly processes, and manufacturing.
• Experience with reliability qualification and Failure Analysis.
• Technical knowledge of optics processes and assembly.
