Technical Program Director, Intelligence Platform

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead execution and coordination of engineering initiatives supporting the Intelligence Platform domain.
• Translate strategic priorities into coordinated technology programs with engineering, product, and business leaders.
• Drive program planning, milestone tracking, roadmap alignment, governance, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate technical workstreams involving data platforms, analytics capabilities, AI-enabled technologies, infrastructure, cloud operations, and architecture.
• Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, architecture, data, R&D, corporate IT, and business teams.
• Provide program visibility through client communication, progress reporting, and executive-ready updates.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex technology programs across engineering, data, AI, platform, or product teams.
• Strong program management skills, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, governance, and risk management.
• Experience managing multiple complex technical programs or engineering initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to align technical and business teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel.

• Relevant degree.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, including generative AI and responsible AI practices.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of emerging AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.
