Manager, Technical Program Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid role in Holtsville, New York; onsite in the Holtsville office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $138,800–$208,200 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive equal to 15% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of advanced AI projects and go-to-market activities from concept definition through deployment.
• Lead Agile, cross-functional teams of systems and software engineers, test engineers, operations, product, marketing, and experience design specialists.
• Drive requirements validation, architecture specification, governance compliance, system integration, release management, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilots.
• Translate customer problems and feedback into solution requirements, proof-of-value plans, and return-on-investment definitions.
• Manage program plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, corrective actions, and delivery across multiple projects, locations, and time zones.
• Develop strategic initiatives, partnerships, product roadmaps, market positioning, and intellectual property protection for emerging solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience, including at least 2 years as a team lead or supervisor.
• Strong full life-cycle program management experience and the ability to lead program management initiatives independently.
• Experience implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams, managing risks, and balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and cost.
• Ability to work onsite in Holtsville, New York at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and experience with the AI development lifecycle from development and go-to-market perspectives.
• Experience with AI-driven transformation, automation, digital transformation, cloud development, and software or services integration.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, interface software development, and mobile application development for Android or iOS.
• Experience delivering asset-intelligence solutions involving location services, machine learning, or machine vision.
• Strategic, analytical, communication, critical-thinking, team-building, and collaboration skills.
